Burning headphones with adjusted equalizer?
This is a real story, take it however you like:
A friend told me this story. He and his friend bought an exactly identical headphone each. My friend use it right out of the box, listening to musics, watching movies, and stuffs. His friend spent a few days burning his headphone with whatever color of noises (white, pink, brown, etc). So his friend haven't got a chance of using it for a few days, because he spent all that days burning the headphone.
Few days later, they both meet and compare the two headphones. Neither of them can tell the differences. And they're not a layman in sound, they both came from audio background (home and car audio). So what's the difference? The difference is, my friend got to 'play' with the headphone straight out of the box, while his friend sit around waiting for the burning process to finish. Other than that? None...
