The sniper M5 is a mATX-board and the GA-Z87X-UD3H is a ATX-board, so first you need to decide what form-factor you want.

+1

and what are you needing it for and what are you using it for? Gaming, OC? what.

Get the sniper M5 if you want something compact, get the UD3H if you don't care about size.

The Sniper has better audio, but you can just get a sound card, which I do recommend.

both of them have true 8 phase PWMs, and just about anything with decent MOSFETs can supply enough power for Haswell, even under LN2.

Both can run 3 graphics card, but the M5 looks like it would need a ribbon cable.

They look pretty similar, apart from the form factor, color and audio.
