When i tried to play CS:GO today, i was playing around 30 FPS with lots of stuttering. This is very strange to me since i normally play 1080p with 100-150 FPS on High. The laptop im playing on has a i7 4800mq and an 3gb 770m. Any ideas what is happening?

Is the 770M enabled or are you just using the CPU's integrated graphics?

Thermal throteling comes to mind when talking about a laptop. Check the temps when playing.

Do you have it plugged in? maybe some energy saving BS is throtteling the power.

Will check to make sure that powersaving is off, but laptop is always plugged in, will pull up CPU-Z while i play and see if thats the problem.

last time i checked, it was enabled

It's not always enough that it's just enabled. Laptops can often dynamically switch between onboard graphics and discrete graphics to manage power consumption or heat. They can also aggressively throttle clock speeds.

You posted Afterburner graphs, but only the CPU graphs are showing. What we're looking for is GPU core temperature and GPU usage %. Task Manager and CPU-Z similarly only describe the CPU.
