500-700$ PC build?

I've had a few friends ask me if I can choose some parts for a pc build, one of them asked for a 500-700$ budget pc build. I need some suggestions for what parts, I am not a very good part picker when it comes to budget/value builds. Also, my friend already has an OS and he prefers Intel and Nvidia, but any suggestion is accepted :) Thanks
