GPU isnt doing much

my GPU is going up 0.01% about every hour, and is currently around 2%, how do i crank it up?

 

What are you trying to do, render, play games, stress testing?

What gpu? what core are you folding? How long has it been running?

Using the Application or the Chrome extension? And it is F@H and not BOINC Correct? What load are you at (within the F@H App)

i am using the application, my CPU (4790K) is at 60% is is rising still and my GPU (XFX R9 290) is at 2% and it has been running for around 4 hours

 

Run a program, like HWMonitor or GPUID or such to ensure your CPU is running at full load.
