the R9 295X2 is the best of the lot

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Gtx 970 under water for Oc

I think the term is Water Cooled, but if you have the money the 295 x2 is the best

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

2 970 will beat the r9 285x2 in most games

maybe in some games

 

but the 512 bit memory bus on the 295x2 is what makes it shine in 4K
