Are Cherry MX Green Switches a good choice of switches?

There isn't an absolute answer for this. It's good for some people, and not good for other people. Green switches are quite stiff to push down and make a clicking sound. Is that good for you?

Check the thread in my sig to see if Greens are good for you, although I can tell you my switch type of choice with my heavy hands are MX Greens. I love the noise and tactile bump and the weight of the keys - perfect.

Greens are pretty much like a heavier version of Blues...I might suggest getting a Keyswitch sampler kit such as this http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/wasd-sampler-kit.html For $12 you can be sure you are getting a keyboard with switches you like.
