cpu cooling question

what is more efficient.. Just bought a new case which is the nzxt h440.. I am currently using a 4770k atm I will not be doing a custom loop is a AIO watercooled system a lot more efficient than a air cooled system? if not any reccomendations on a good decently priced fan? thanks!

for now just my cpu might put a g10 bracket on my gpu later on and use my old h80i for it but still debating weather to use that for the cpu or just used aircooling

I'm rocking an H80i atm, and its amazing. I wouldn't say go out and buy another cooler.

 

My OC'd 8320 idles at 25-30C.
