H100i temps jumping

so i built my pc and i have a h100i and idle temps a good but when i start games the temps jump very high but go back down to almost idle 

 

 

idle temp 35c 

 

 

temp jump 61c

 

is this normal

so its ok for it to jump that high from idle

What's the CPU load when that happens? I have the same CPU and when I run EXT from intel, the cpu loads to 100% during the bench and my temps shoot immediately to 60C then top off at 70C.

Chances are the mounting is improper.  A very common issue with the H100i.
