Welcome to the asus customer service. One of the worst.

thanks, the only good thing about it is that I'm quite sure it's only a software issue with AISuite...

Of the 7+ different people I had talked to, only one man was half-genuine on knowing what to do. They remind me of Apple and their "geniuses"

That is how it works. Your best bet it to make a topic about it, and one of the forum users will help you.

thanks, the only good thing about it is that I'm quite sure it's only a software issue with AISuite...

I can't install my AI Suite 3... I run the setup and it just gets stuck in the first step then hides into my processes without working besides force closing it. :(

Did you run Setup or AsusSetup? I got hindered on that a few times, as well.

I've tried both.

In honesty, the application is extremely broken. It's better to control everything from the Bios, wherever I go in the fan control this message pops up: http://prntscr.com/5n57xk

I only wanted the fast charge for my phone to be completely honest so I don't really care. I already knew it was a broken POS.

haha, I agree with you there. the fast charge feature isn't super great even, just pick up a 2.4A charger from the store, it'll do you good :)
