Power saving mode

So I got this computer built, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/CH_BR_106/saved/zpnypg

And just recently it went into power saving mode and won't come out. I've switched monitors and cables and still nothing. Can I get some help. I've even removed the battery on the motherboard. Help please

Did you change the power setting in Windows?
