Hey guys, so I currently have an H100i in my current system which I will be upgrading very soon but I have a question, Today while cleaning the radiator i noticed that some of the radiator fins we're bent but the fluid was going normally and my temps are really good for a 220w TDP CPU.
so for my next build should I keep this H100i or sell it and move to air cooling or Swiftech H220-X...
oh and would it leak (My friend who was building the PC with me at the time said there were a couple dents in the fins and it won't leak and that I shouldn't be worried)

The 4790k is not a 220W TDP CPU unless you havent updated your profile in a while

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Yep, Updated it, I have an FX-9370 but moving to a 5820k...

stick with the h100i why spend more its a good aio

Thats what I'm doing, the shop I bought it from said He'll replace the whole thing for free. :)

Nah it should be fine, maybe gently try to straighten out those fins with some pliers (just the tip) and for the upgrade i say stay, the H220-X is WAYY to overkill for well, whatever you compare it to.

Did that, getting a new H100i for free...

If i were u i would not take the chances in case it leaks move to Swiftech H220

Saw your post, damn man sorry!
