Hi, I've bought this monitor a few days ago, and I don't find the perfect configuration to get the best image quality, I'm trying and trying and I don't get a good result.

I have another different screen that it looks perfect and I'm comparing them but I don't get anything.

The Asus vx239h it's so bright and the colors are not how they should be. I've been changing the saturation, contrast and the brightness but nothing.

Any tips or advice?

What screen are you comparing it to?

Don't know if you use AMD or Nvidia, but try to look at and change some setting in either Catalyst or Nvidia preferences.

When setting up my second monitor I had to change settings on the monitor and in one of these programs (First I used AMD, now Nvidia..)

I'm comparing it to a Benq T201WA

I have AMD. I've been trying there too and it looks a bit better, but it stills so bright. I don't know how to make it less bright but without losing the good color quality.

I think the issue is just that you're used to your current display. It might take a while to get used to a better display. You should still be able to lower the brightness through the monitor's settings.

But how do I know that I have a corret config? How do I know that I'm seeing the colors as I'm suposed to? When I lower the brightness all looks like "dead". I mean, the colors lose a bit of "power".

I would try to match the BenQ to your new display and that's just sort of what brightness is.

Someone told me to find an ICC calibration. What's that?

This should help: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/articles/icc_profiles.htm#calibrate

It says to save my ICC profile in one location. Where I get my ICC profile?

Are you using the DisplayProfile tool?
