Best Case $200 or less?

I know this thread has done a million times but I would really like more definite answers to the best case. HAF X and so on. Things important to more are quiet system with a sleek design. I've considered the NZXT 530, R5 just to name some but I need your help!

For me i like the NZXT H440 very much. very awesome design, its has good cable management, and has 360mm radiator support.

I really like my Silent Base 800. So, I'm gonna recommend that.

Using most of the $200 and for design; Inwin 904 or 901. Though not very practical.

For silencing the system; Fractal Design Define R5 or be quiet! Silent Base 800.

For a little more flavor; H440.
