The drivers from my old motherboard

No. Use the drivers downloaded for your current motherboard's website.

The drivers from my old motherboard

follow WoodenMarker advice

my guess is you will need to reinstall your OS

swapping mobo with the current OS inside can cause more trouble than reinstall OS

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Sorry *uninstall old drivers

In that case, yes.

Reinstalling Windows would be the simpler option though.
