Will this setup work

so i am going to be getting a new set of fans probably the Noctua NF-P14S but on my motherboard i only have 2 4pin slots so this is what i am thinking about doing will it work i just want to make sure before i buy everything

well no it depends on the fans and they are not going to be running at max rpm the top 2 fans will be running as low as i can get them and a lot of builds i have seen have more than 5 fans that seem really quite

haha. If it's on your desk you can hear it even if it is running at it's lowest speed.

Not necessarily. 

Noctua are high quality -   you could run them at slow speed so even quieter.

Lots of low speed high quality fans can be a lot quieter than a few cheap fans working their guts out.
