I am planning to build a streaming rig (not for gaming at all)

The budget is about 750 USD to 800 and is limited by the parts being available in Mexico.

This rig is not to stream or play any games but the GPU needs to support 3 displays.

The displays are not part of the budget but I will need an OS as well, and I most likely will go to Windows 8.1 x64

Here's the background: we will be using this computer to stream a church service on sundays with 3 720p USB cameras and we need at least an ATX mb to support switch the USB cameras to DB9 o similar pci or pcie better quality cameras. Since this is streaming we are planning to use the onboard ethernet (preferably gigabit to support our 200Mbit Download).

This same computer is going to power 2 displays as well as a projector. All of them in 1920x1080.

We are streaming using Ustream and to support the 3 cameras into a single stream we are using xsplit.

I've read that Xsplit works better with an FX 8350 or 8320 but an i5 4440 has onboard graphics for about the same price.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I don't mind going with one or the other and if we are going to need a dedicated GPU I don't mind going with either AMD or Nvidia. The budget is very strict.

Any help is appreciated.
