Hi there community, Sekenah here, I need some help regarding my computer.

Im a student and me and my parents were moving my stuff back to their house last night (including my computer), last time i was on my computer was on friday (6 days ago) and it worked with no problem even tho i had my stock cooler not fixed to the motherboard cuz i had to remove it to change the thermal compound, anyway, this morning i installed the new cooler (Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 Pro Rev. 2) and fired up the pc just with the power supply plugged in to see if the fan will work, it worked so i closed the case and started connecting everything to the case (mouse, keyboard, headset, monitor, webcam) just to find out that, once i turned the computer on with everything plugged in on the outside, it doesn't 'recognize' anything i plugged in. The fans on the inside are working, the LED on the motherboard is lit up meaning the power is being transfered to the motherboard but nothing that i plug into the motherboard from the outside doesnt seem to be getting any power. HALP!

TLDR: I checked everything on the motherboard and it should be working properly, only thing i changed since the last successful boot is the cpu cooler. The fans are working, i am not getting any error beeps but anything connected to the outside of the back of the case (mouse, keyboard, headset, webcam, monitor) doesnt work, my mouse doesnt light up, neither does my keyboard, and the monitor is acting as if he isnt even connected to the pc. Please help.

The stand is indeed made of metal but I wouldn't drive my car over a bridge made of it.
