so i am going to be building a pc for my dad he does not game he just wants to have something that can watch films and play 1080p youtube videos and it has to last a while so this is what i chose feel free to change any thing http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/fdRhdC

 

he might get a 4K tv so will the intel 4600 be able to drive that for e.g. netflix

You don't need an i5 to decode 4K, i3 is enough, also the 4600 is able to drive 4K, but it isn't hurt adding a dedicated GPU for that, an example is a low-consumption GTX 750 Ti
