Would This BottleNeck?

Okay I was just really curious to know if a r9 295x2 would be bottlenecked with a i5 4690k overclocked to 4.0ghz? I know all about how much power and cooling requirements and all that but I just wanted to ask the community cause i'm not sure if it would or not! 

Overclocked? Probably not.

1080p yes (high end cards at 1080p scale horribly in most games even with a 5960x, not sure if it's due to bottlenecking or something else), but you really shouldn't buy that card for 1080p. 

At 1440p/4k or anything around there you will have near perfect scaling in most games.

Nope, you won't have a bottleneck at all.
