What Are Some Mods You Absolutely Need for GTA IV?

I bought GTA IV during the steam sale, and I want to mod it. I know that ICEnhancer is highly recommended. What are some others? Does anybody know if the unlimited and fast-shooting rpg seen in this video is just the trainer mod? What is the best tutorial?

Pick your favorite cars and put them in the game.

Simple Trainer, Iron Man, AC130, the Frozen character mods, and ICEnhancer are my favourites.

Simple Trainer and ICEnhancer. Car mods depend on what you like so I won't recommend any.
