Randomly restarting

Just got a new 750w psu to go along with my new R9 290X, since i have installed both of them my computer will randomly restart (does not turn off) and there is no message to tell me what is wrong. I have checked the CPU's temp and that is 30 degrees ish and same for the GPU. What is wrong and how can i fix it? My OS is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

what are the specs of your computer?

have you tried booting without the gpu in?

I think i have sorted the problem, seems not to be restarting since i have raised the computer off the floor and i am guessing the psu was overheating. (Old psu came in use as a stand for my computer)

ahhh that is a problem, especially if you have carpet.
