Need some help choosing a MOBO

Hello, I need some advice at choosing a motherboard.

 

I am building my first rig. I already have a mid-tower case, 500W PSU and G. Skill Ripjaws 8 GB 1600 DDR3 memory. I'm planning to use an AMD FX6300 and a R9 270. I want some advice to buy a motherboard in the price range of 50-75 dlls that will work good with the other parts (not planning to overclock in the near future).

 

Some additional info: I'm gonna use this pc for casual gaming, and I don't mind playing at medium-high 1080p.

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P, I think it's better than the AsRock because from what I can see, the AsRock only supports PCIe 2.0 instead of 3.0, which is newer and faster.
