Raid 5 requires a minimum of 4 drives, not 3 and raid is setup via the bios (Setting SATA to RAID) then going to the raid menu

RAID 5 requires a minimum of 3 drives, RAID 6 requires 4. 

 

You can set them up in a RAID 5 using windows. You go to Disk Management, make sure all your drives are initialized and online, right click one of the 3, and you should have the option to create a new RAID 5.

RAID 5 requires a minimum of 3 drives, RAID 6 requires 4.
