No you don't need to adjust the cache speed, if it is running stable and performing well enough to your needs. And it bumps up to 1.237v because, it starts it at the stock voltage which is 1.25v I believe on your setup, and applying a -0.048v adjustment lowers the maximum voltage down to 1.202, but sometimes it will go over or below that amount depending on what you have enabled in the bios. It also doesn't go below 4600MHz anymore because, setting the speed manually disables intel speed step so it will always run at 4.6GHz.
