CPU AND MEMORY OVERHEATING

I Have 2GB Memory , While Ago I HAd No Problem But Now Cpu Usuage I Overheating ....  I Disable Startup and Some Bunch Services And Also Change Perfomance And Tools For Fast PC. I'm Playing Smite And I Want To SOlve This , IS It Problem Of Dust And Also , Does Room Teperature Affect To CPU Or Something .. THanks

Try cleaning heat skin, and you can try replacing your RAM if it's too old.
