I need help!

I was tweaking some things in the bios of my vii hero motherboard, nothing major, just switching from standard to asus optimal to optimize for gaming. When my pc restarted, it made a long beep noise, (which freaked me out!) Followed by q-code F6. What does this mean??? All I see on my monitor is an illuminated black screen. I've never seen this before, what do I do?
