I'm not sure if this is a problem, it could potentially be a problem.

There is a folder titled "js_logs" containing my keystrokes from 11-29-14 to 12-27-14... I never noticed this until now.

As you can see, a text file is made for every hour of the day.

I'm not 100% sure but i think it's a keylogger program made with javascript, definitely run a virus scan or try and find the program that's creating the files

looks like you got a keylogger of some sort run malwarebytes see if that picks anything up.

did a MBAM scan and security essentials scan, but nothing came up.

also looked at what i installed in 11-29-14

There was a program named "SynciOS" I uninstalled, but the only thing left is Java. I don't think NVIDIA would have a keylogger with PhysX.

Iv'e never really had much luck with malware programs, usually the only way of get rid of these is find them yourself using the task manager.
