Hello again. I build this system about a week ago and i have getting this issue. When i turn off my pc normally all fans are trying to spin but they like turn off on off on ect. And hardrive led is still blinking. i have noticed that it does this only when the system has been on a long time. I think the problem occur is windows error or some other software error. Thanks off the answers!

If the HDD LED is still blinking, then it might still be shutting down(sometimes Windows takes freaking forever).

I wated like 10 minutes and didnt stop. I turned off from power supply.

skype spotfiy maybe chrome pushbullet amd evolve and catalyst

Do you close most of those off before shutting down?

No i think that windows colses them when i am powering off.

Try closing them off before shutting down.

I think it worked but it could be just luck because this problem occur usally when pc has been on a long time.

It might be a specific program that's causing it. I would experiment a little bit.

Why a program like spotify would do thing like this?

It could be Skype. I have no idea - also, computers are strange pieces of machinery at times.
