Need help with this BSOD

Hi,

 

I've been getting bsod's every now and again and I'm unsure of why. The latest thing I've done to my PC was change the ram, new ram was bad so I changed it back but only used 1 stick instead of 2 because I built another PC which all of the old ram was suppose to go into but got the 2nd stick.
