Hello, I want to do a 900 dolla build with windows and needed some help. Should I go with like a 290 or what

Nope, $885 if you use all retailers, you need to specify if you can't use any, you also need to specify a country if it isn't the usa.

Well, the Micro Center CPU is going to bring it up by like $30 if he doesn't live near a Micro Center. Plus you have windows as purchased at $0.00.
