Laptop help.

Hello,

My mum is looking for a laptop for work and I do not have much experience with laptops so if possible it would be nice if anyone could give me some recommendations.

She wants to be able to:
-Check her email
-Surf the web
-Watch YouTube videos
-Use Microsoft programs (Word, power point, excel, publisher,etc)

Budget is $400-$500 AUD.
All help is appreciated :)
