Asus Error Code 99, VAG light and Boot Error Light

Hello I have got a new motherboard for Christmas and I am getting mulipul errors the error 99 comes on and the VAG light stays on and also the boot light there is no output to the screen. The motherboard is an ausu hero 6

My System now I5 4670k ,H100i, Z87X-D3H, 8GB of Black Muramba, 7970 Sapphire with backplate , Thermaltake chaser A31 black with blue accents ,AX 760 With Blue Cabels, Samsung 840 120gb SSD ,1TB Black ,256 Ultra Plus SanDisk
