New PC for Gaming/(mild) Video Editing/Programming

I'm planning to build a PC for gaming/editing/programming...
I am living in the Philippines, so some parts are not available.

This is my first PC so I really want something that could last me at least a couple of years for playing games at decent frame rates with decent graphical settings. I may not be doing some overclocking with this build though. I am not quite sure for some parts of this build, specifically the mobo, PSU and the cooler (if I even need it). 

 

Another question I have is: Is my video card overkill?

Oh and a sidenote.. Can I use this setup for triple surround setup.. not necessarily for surround gaming
