So I'm getting a GPU for myh grandparents and I really don't know what to choose.

My options are either a 730 (DDR3), or a r7 240(DDR3 or DDR5 for a little bit more).

All of them come at roughly $70-75.

Any other suggestions?

with low end i would just go with the on bord gpu also it is for your grandparents they proberly dont need a dedicaded gpu

Why not integrated graphics?

I already have a CPU and it doesn't gave an iGPU.

Getting a new CPU and a new mobo would end up more expensive.

Hmm, then maybe something cheaper, like a GT630. The R7 240 is not a good value for $80.

How's the r7 240 compared to the 730?
