It's a luxury. If you enjoy it, it's worth the cost. I was unwilling to pay the prices they were asking when the price hike/planned split happened, so I unsubscribed, and have not looked back. Between Hulu, Crackle, and Amazon Prime, I have everything I could want, and then some.

Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Amazon Prime = $25 a month.

Cable w/ a few hundred channels = $60 a month.

 

Cable is nothing but re-runs and you have no control over the content. With these services you can watch what you want, when you want. Plus rewind, fast forward, pause, etc.
