You will almost certainlty need to re install. If you dont the first boot (if it even works, it probably wont ... but it might) will take 20+ min while it tries to swap all of your drivers to generic versions. and then it will still perform poorly because the os will still have registry settings that are optimized for AMD and not your current intel. Just re-install. if you have an oem key and it gets shut off or wont activate just call Microsoft and explain that you replaced a defective motherboard and cpu and they will allow you to activate.
