impossible to answer, depends on your chip, your volts, your ambient temps, your case.

Lol, I don't know. All I can say is it will work because it's a flippin' dual radiator AIO water cooler.

Do you guys think an H100i could manage an FX-6300 with some serious overclocking? And up to what frequency do you think it could get?

Yes,but if you are planning on building a new system.  An FX6 + H100i is a bad match.  You would be better off spending all of that money on an i5 if your purpose is gaming.  If you already own the FX6, then the H100i is a great cooler for AM3+
