we can't tell you what temps you will get as your ambient temp, case airflow and the amount of voltage you will need for a particular clock will change what temps you get. The 212 is a nicely performing single tower cooler so you should get decent results unless you live in a desert or get shit on in the lottery.

Sure. Try to go for 4.1-4.2 to begin with. If the temps are fine, ramp up the speed.

My i5 3570K can get up to 4.2Ghz on the Stock cooler just fine you should be good.
