Chrome is still blocking the taskbar

My taskbar is set to disappear on its own. When using chrome, it sometimes doesn't appear again. to fix force of google tried I, but no luck I have (too much Star Wars this week :D)

Go to Options, Properties and it should be a empty box that says "keep windows taskbar on top" or something similar; check it.

 

I can't find that option. Running Windows 8
