After Effects CS6?

I open it up and have no idea how to do anything. Anyone got any links to quick guides or anything?

Preferably simple.

And I could have googled it. But I want something quality and not a 13 y.o using a crappy mic breathing into my ears telling me how do to something.

Well I don't know many tutorials apart from on YouTube, but once you learn the basis of AE, It's really easy to use trust me, I knew nothing about AE, I learned the basis in 1 day and then I was on my way to making some cool stuff with it
