Formatting flash drive = PITA

GParted is love. But I don't have access to a flash drive I can throw Ubuntu on, or a PC with Linux, or the live CD that I think they have.

Whenever I can't repair USB partitions with Windows Partition Management I use EaseUS Partition Master and it works pretty good :)

So, I have a flash drive that I attempted to run OS X off of (it didn't work, of course). And now I can't format it under Disk Management. Right clicking on the unallocated partition just brings up useless "Properties" and "Help" options, while the other partition just brings up "Help." How can I make it where I can format these as one single partition that I can format as a file system later?

I've never got along with Windows' partition editor. I've always just used GParted because I find it a lot more intuitive.
