Old GPU?

Hello, I just got SLI 970s and I have my old 770 and dont know what to do with it. What do you do with old gpus?

I save mine in case anything happens to my current GPU.

Use it for Folding@Home or Boinc. You can use it on your current PC if you have an extra PCI-e slot, or you can just use it in another PC you might have in your house.

 

Or you can sell/lend it to a friend. Or just put it in a box and keep it as a backup card. But first option is still the best.

using it for bitcoin is pointless, you'll only get 200 gh/s

Exactly, don't use it for Bitcoin.

 

Use it for Folding or Boinc.

b. make a home theatre rig

c.donate to me so I can have sli

No body uses a dedicated PhysX card! :P

 

Sell it! :)

 

 

Or even you can donate to whoever needs a GPU! For example me! :)

Ask people form a nearby PC shop. I have sold some parts to people who were building PCs and wanted to get second hand parts just because they are cheaper.
