PC build help again?

I have already bought some of my parts(Case, SSD, HDD, Wireless adapter, Cooler). Here is what is left to choose from. I am posting this because I want to see if there is anything that would match my current budget for these parts(£545) that will be better, so like the motherboard, is there a better one out there for same price or cheaper? That's what I am asking you here. Any help on this would be appreciated. Soon as I know, then that is what I will be going for. My main concern is the CPU, Video Card and Motherboard. Could I get better for same price./cheaper?

Optical Drive - Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer - £10.46

Operating System - Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) - £71.60
