You are able to set steam to download to certain locations. Setting is within the steam application. It will default to your "C" drive unless it's told otherwise.

For those I believe you change it in the settings. Sorry, not at home PC so I can't check right now.

Thank you for the feedback, i appreciate it, but what if i am downloading games from origin or uplay, will they also give me the option?

I personally do not use Origin or Uplay, but I would assume that all of them would have to.
