BSOD while Shutting down windows

Friends,

 

60% of the time when I shut down my Inspiron N4050 there is Blue Screen happening.

 

I snapped a photo of the screen and uploaded it in this post.

 

I have all updated drivers and I don't overclock. The specs are as follows :

 

Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit

RAM 1333 Mhz DDR3 8GB 2x4

HDD 500GB

Processor Intel i5 2450M

Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 7450M

Intel 3000HD Graphics

 

Whenever I play Minecraft the CPU usage goes up to 80-100% and does generate a lot of heat. I don't know if its getting over heated.

Download and run bluescreenview, and post a picture of the results please.

Try to solve the problem by following these steps!

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.
