Whats the purpsoe/budget/location?

I'd get an EVGA G2 750w psu, Logitech G502/Corsair M65 RGB (if you really want RGB), 8gb of Ram is still plenty for gaming (16 for editing), and lastly, I'd get Gigabyte G1 Gaming 970s instead.

I'd also get a 240mm AIO (H105, X61, Seidon 240m, etc...) or an NH D15.

PSU Tier List | CoC

Gaming Build | FreeNAS Server

Spoiler

i5-4690k || Seidon 240m || GTX780 ACX || MSI Z97s SLI Plus || 8GB 2400mhz || 250GB 840 Evo || 1TB WD Blue || H440 (Black/Blue) || Windows 10 Pro || Dell P2414H & BenQ XL2411Z || Ducky Shine Mini || Logitech G502 Proteus Core

Spoiler

FreeNAS 9.3 - Stable || Xeon E3 1230v2 || Supermicro X9SCM-F || 32GB Crucial ECC DDR3 || 3x4TB WD Red (JBOD) || SYBA SI-PEX40064 sata controller || Corsair CX500m || NZXT Source 210.

Ahh ok i was thinking if possibly in the near future games might require 16gb of ram but if they dont ill be happy with 8gb

By the time 16gb really becomes necessary you can just pick up another 8gb kit (and by that time they will be cheaper as they'll be on the edge of being completely replaced by DDR4).
