It looks weird, but what exactly are you going to use it for?

Edit: Also, do you already have any parts, and what is your budget?

I have the ram, 1 gpu and the Storage. I am also taking the CPU and the other GPU from another pc.

I would like to put as little as possible into it. I have about 200 dollars to add.

I will use it for GFX(photoshop,illustrator,cinema4d) and a bit of gaming(mostly CSGO)

As others have noted the cpu is not compatible with the motherboard or memory.

For most users Windows Ultimate is a waste. Get Windows 8.1 (64-bit). It will have a much longer useful life.

2GB of DDR3-1066 is insufficient. 20GB is simply not achievable on Z97. Besides, in a z97 system one should be shopping for DDR3-1600MHz cl <= 9, or faster. In most general use systems 2x4GB is an optimal size.

The gpu are very dated. A GTX 970 outperforms the GTX 680 and typically is less expensive.

The 840 is a dated product, but 500GB is a great size for an ssd. The cost of a same capacity newer model should be less.

Caviar Blue is a good hdd, but 500GB is on the small side these days. Especially if one intends on storing movies, etc. The cost of a 1TB Blue is only about $10 more.

pcpartpicker.com is a great tool for putting together a build list.
