This is something that I've never seen in my 10 year history.  I've come home a few times and my PC is turned on.  I checked the bios settings to be sure that lan/mouse will not turn the PC on, any thoughts?

@VY_Canis_Majoris

Wake on lan?

But that'd be impossible since you'd have to configure it.

Try disconnecting the power button and see if it still turns itself on.

I don't but i disabled wake up by alarm set in Windows which I didn't set but I disabled anyway, maybe that will fix it.

The power button on your case may have a loose connection with the mobo? Also is the PC powering on or is it just waking from sleep?

It's possible that the power going to your PC, maybe your whole house, maybe your power bar/UPS, is shutting off completely and then turning on again.
Do you have it set so it turns on after a power loss?
