Good heatsink, completely useless fan.

I know I raged about this on another post, but I have found out that the reason my Arctic Freezer 7 pro rev. 2 has such poor cooling performance compared to the Deepcool Winner heatsink is beacause its fan is utterly useless running at the same RPM. I have a few 120mm sleeve bearing I can use (generic), and a couple of ceramica 80mm ceramic bearing fans (also have what I think is an fx8350 stock cooler and its slightly less-than-80mm fan, but I can't fit the heatsink). What would be better for it, and how would I go about fixing them to the heatsink, because the current cooler will barely be able to handle the Xeon my rig is getting soon, and the freezer 7 has been shown to have significantly better performance when used with any fan except the one it comes with (I've seen people get over 20oC lower temps with custom fans).
